Saab Auto Repairs and Maintenance in the Triangle area

My garage, D&E Quality Services, referred me to Duty Tire years ago. Since then, it would be unthinkable to go anywhere else. Every single time I've called or have come in for an appointment, I am treated courteously and respectfully no matter how busy they are. Every effort has been made to accommodate my schedule. I have bought new tires here and have had oil changes done. Anytime the tire pressures are low, I come in without an appointment and they respond in minutes to fill up the tires. After tire purchase, there is no cost for the required tire rotation. The team is absolutely stellar. They are hard working, efficient, friendly, have a great sense of humor, and their expertise and knowledge about cars is off the charts. When I have requested an explanation for the work done or for their recommendations, they are patient, and will repeat things until I understand. They are 100% trustable. Their prices are fair and reasonable. While I have been in the waiting area, I have observed and heard the excellent relationships that they have with whoever they are dealing with, whether in person or over the phone. I was actually pulled aside by a customer who had car repairs completed by Duty because she was compelled to rave about their work and to tell me that she was so happy she discovered Duty.
