When I have requested an explanation for the work done or for their recommendations, they are patient, and will repeat things until I understand. They are 100% trustable. Their prices are fair and reasonable. While I have been in the waiting area, I have observed and heard the excellent relationships that they have with whoever they are dealing with, whether in person or over the phone. I was actually pulled aside by a customer who had car repairs completed by Duty because she was compelled to rave about their work and to tell me that she was so happy she discovered Duty.
